Recyclage et traitement des piles au lithium

Le recyclage des piles au lithium consiste à réutiliser/régénérer les piles usagées par le biais d’un processus de recyclage.

Avec l’augmentation rapide de la consommation de piles au lithium, les déchets de piles au lithium augmentent également de manière significative. Si la batterie au lithium mise au rebut n’est pas traitée correctement, la carpe hexafluorée, les matières organiques carbonatées et les métaux lourds tels que le cobalt et le cuivre constitueront inévitablement une menace potentielle de pollution pour l’environnement. Le processus de prétraitement des piles au lithium usagées consiste principalement à recycler les piles usagées. La décharge des piles est la première étape du recyclage des piles. Le processus de décharge traditionnel subit des réactions chimiques et s’accompagne d’un certain degré de pollution, alors que le processus de décharge physique que nous utilisons ne pollue pas.
